- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I just do not like the USPS at all. Had a complaint about the mail lady tossing a box marked fragile. Post office said they would investigate it and call me back. Well that was 8 years ago and I'm still waiting on that call.By robert giovengo, August 15, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I called in due to a package not being shipped to my destination. When I was told why, I was hanged up on with no confirmation of my shipment being fixed. I called back and was hanged up on again. I called once again, same result. Later in the day I called again, quite furious at this point and talked to the same lady. Gave my tracking info and was told my package was already fixed and due in transit. Her lack of transparency within the first call and hanging up within the 2nd (3rd) call led me to ask for management, unfortunately she claimed she was the head manager.By Capital Crawler, November 28, 2016
