- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Very fast! We were third in line. The people behind the counter knew their stuff! We did a Bill of sale for one car and a title transfer for another and it took probably 20 minutes in and out total time. The best part was the employees had a sunny disposition. Who needs the DMV with businesses like this that can do it all. They even issued new plates. The hours are great.
